$OBSO is the main governance token of the ecosystem. It gives holders voting rights to decide which historical currencies will be revived as sub-tokens. $OBSO is tradable against SOL and will be listed on decentralized exchanges supporting the Solana ecosystem.
Through community voting, the next obsolete currency is selected. Once chosen, it’s brought back as a sub-token under $OBSO, sometimes accompanied by a commemorative NFT release. Sub-tokens represent revived obsolete currencies. They exist within the $OBSO ecosystem and carry cultural and collectible value. By holding $OBSO, you gain governance rights. Votes are periodically opened, and the community chooses which obsolete currency to resurrect next.
The goal is to build a community-driven archive of financial history through blockchain, preserving obsolete currencies in a modern, interactive, and collectible way.
